About Me

Hello, my name is Mckenzie Roberts. I’m a 16-year-old lighting technician with a passion for creating immersive experiences through lighting design. I started my journey in lighting tech at the age of 14 and have since gained almost 1 year of experience working on various plays, musicals, and concerts. 

During this time, I’ve developed a solid understanding of how to use lighting to enhance performances, setting the mood and highlighting key moments on stage. I enjoy collaborating with directors and fellow technicians to bring their creative visions to life while ensuring that each show runs smoothly. 

I’m excited to continue expanding my skills and exploring new opportunities in the world of lighting technology, where I can contribute to memorable productions that leave a lasting impact on audiences.
